What is your service area?

We currently serve the Lambton County area for larger projects. For weekly or biweekly lawn care services, we are only accepting clients in Sarnia.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel most of our services at any time without a penalty. Here’s how cancellations work for different types of jobs:

 • Lawn Mowing & Garden Maintenance – You can cancel anytime. If you've used services you haven’t yet paid for, you’ll be responsible for those costs. If you've prepaid for services you haven't received, you'll get a refund.
 • Hourly Services – Cancellations before our arrival come with no penalty. However, if we’ve already purchased materials for your job (e.g., plants ,soil, seed), you’ll need to cover those costs.
 • Installations – You can cancel before we arrive without penalty. If we've purchased materials for your project, you’ll still be responsible for those costs. Otherwise, deposits are fully refundable.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry $1 million in General Liability insurance.

Question 4

Do you require a deposit?

Accepted Answer

We only require deposits for jobs over $3,000 before taxes. For smaller projects, we simply invoice after the work is done. When a deposit is needed, it’s usually 50% of the total cost, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
