You can cancel most of our services at any time without a penalty. If you've used services you haven’t yet paid for, you’ll be responsible for those costs. If you've prepaid for services you haven't received, you'll get a refund. • Hourly Services – Cancellations before our arrival come with no penalty. However, if we’ve already purchased materials for your job (e.g., plants ,soil, seed), you’ll need to cover those costs. • Installations – You can cancel before we arrive without penalty. If we've purchased materials for your project, you’ll still be responsible for those costs. Otherwise, deposits are fully refundable.

Yes, we carry $1 million in General Liability insurance.

We only require deposits for jobs over $3,000 before taxes. For smaller projects, we simply invoice after the work is done. When a deposit is needed, it’s usually 50% of the total cost, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
